Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from coldsixbeer.co. Please read them. By placing an order you agree to them.

You must be 18 or over

It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18, and to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over. We check ID on delivery and we will refuse delivery if we are not satisfied.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example if we are out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery. Payment is taken at checkout.

We try to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Discount codes

Discount codes may be limited by use, by expiry date, or to particular customers. Codes tied to a customer account require you to be logged in at checkout. We may withdraw a code at any time.

Cancellation and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. If one happens we will contact you and you can cancel for a refund on anything not yet delivered.

Allergens

Our beer is tested gluten free. Full ingredient information is on the can and on the product page. If you have a question, email us before ordering.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
