Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not ship overseas.

Cost

Standard delivery is £5.95. Orders over £40 are delivered free.

When it arrives

We dispatch orders the next working day. Delivery then takes about 48 hours, and you will get an email with tracking when your parcel leaves us.

Those are working days, so weekends and bank holidays push things back. If a delivery is running late, email hello@coldsixbeer.co and we will chase it.

Age verification on delivery

Beer is an age restricted product. Someone aged 18 or over must be at the address to accept the parcel, and the courier will ask for photo ID. Accepted ID is a passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS accredited card.

If nobody is there, the courier will leave a card and try again or hold the parcel for collection. Parcels containing alcohol cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

If the parcel comes back to us unclaimed, we will refund the order less the delivery cost.

Damaged parcels

If your beer arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it. See our refund policy.

Getting the address right

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@coldsixbeer.co straight away. We can usually change it before the label is printed, but not after.
